Job Overview

As a part-time Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you’ll help guests start their day with a welcoming, well-organized breakfast experience. You’ll prepare and replenish food, serve guests, and keep the dining and kitchen areas clean and ready for service. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and friendly, in-person customer service in a hospitality setting.

Duties

• Prepare, arrange, and replenish breakfast items while following food handling and food safety practices.
• Welcome guests, answer questions about menu items, and provide attentive service.
• Clean dining and kitchen areas, sanitize surfaces, and follow food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Handle supplies and equipment safely, including manual handling and workplace weight-handling tasks. Your impact: Consistent food safety and attentive service help guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and dependable breakfast.

Qualifications

• Customer service, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or food industry experience is helpful; fine dining, banquet, serving, or in-person service experience is a plus.
• Food preparation, food handling, cleaning, or food safety management experience is preferred. Culinary or dietary aide experience is also welcome.
• Comfortable learning to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems, processing cash transactions, and completing basic math.
• Able to follow sanitation procedures and safely perform manual handling and workplace weight-handling tasks.
• Wine knowledge is a plus; a strong focus on guest care, teamwork, and cleanliness is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
