CASABAY Luxury Pool Villas by Stay includes 13 villas ranging from 250sqm 3-bedroom private pool villa to 500sqm 6-bedroom private pool villa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel’s preventive maintenance program for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Supervise the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the maintenance team and hotel guests.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hotel systems and equipment, escalating major issues to senior management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting hotel operations, minimizing downtime and guest inconvenience.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to identify areas requiring attention.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Provide input and support for hotel renovation projects and the installation of new equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a hotel or large-scale facility maintenance role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
