Hotel Contracting Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Hotel Contracting Manager to drive strategic hotel partnerships and direct-to-hotel contracting with luxury and high-star properties. In this role you will contract directly with hotels in your home market—bypassing third-party intermediaries—to secure competitive B2B net rates and guaranteed room inventory that power our wholesale distribution model.

Location Strategy

We are hiring across multiple regions, including South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam), Europe, and the GCC. Your specific territory will be determined based on your current location, nationality, and existing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure Competitive Net Rates: Negotiate and secure B2B net rates that are consistently more competitive than public OTA prices, ensuring our wholesale model is viable and profitable.
• Guarantee Room Allocation: Secure dedicated room allotments and inventory commitments from partners to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and high-demand periods.
• Regional Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and secure wholesale agreements with luxury and high-star hotels within your designated local market.
• Leverage Local Network: Use your existing connections with local hoteliers (GMs, Directors of Sales) to fast-track partnerships and shorten the contracting cycle.
• Market Expertise: Act as the local expert, providing insights on competitor activity and pricing trends in your specific region.
• Remote Collaboration: Work independently in your home market while collaborating closely with our HQ team remotely.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in hotel contracting, procurement, or B2B sales, preferably within a wholesale or OTA environment.
• Local Network: Must be a local resident in one of our target markets (South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe, or the GCC) with a strong, active network of contacts across luxury and high-star hotels.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate competitive net rates and guaranteed inventory that provide a distinct advantage over B2C channels.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of hotel contracting models, rate parity, and distribution channels.
• Language: Native fluency in the local language plus business fluency in English (essential for reporting and internal collaboration).
• Work Status: Must have the right to work in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship provided).
