Hotel-Distribution Analyst

Support day-to-day distribution activities across Brand.com, OTAs, Bedbanks, GDS, and other distribution channels.

Maintain accuracy of rates, inventory, content, and channel configurations.

Conduct regular audits of rate parity, content quality, and channel availability.

Monitor channel performance, analyze operational data, and report opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with hotels, vendors, OTA partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Maintain and update OTA content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.

Support implementation, testing, and maintenance of CRS, Channel Manager, and distribution systems.

Prepare operational and channel performance reports to support business analysis and decision-making.

Maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance with company standards.

Keep updated with industry trends, e-commerce developments, and distribution technologies.
