Job Description

Parx Casino is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to hotel guests. The role includes welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and payments, answering questions, and helping ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and guest payments.
• Answer guest questions and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Resolve routine guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
