Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process using property management systems (PMS) such as Stay PMS or similar platforms
• Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills
• Handle reservations and modifications using hospitality reservation systems, maintaining accurate records of guest information
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Maintain phone etiquette by answering incoming calls professionally, assisting with inquiries or directing calls appropriately
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and operational continuity at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially Stay PMS or similar platforms, is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unexpected situations confidently
• Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
• Previous experience in night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
