We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional individual to join our team as a Second Shift Front Desk Associate! If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping things organized, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details

• Position: Front Desk Associate – Second Shift
• Location: Red Roof Inn, Saraland, AL
• Shift: Second Shift (afternoon/evening)
• Pay: Based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance the cash drawer.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest needs.
• Keep the front desk, lobby, coffee station, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
• Complete shift checklists, reports, and other assigned duties.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Work as part of a team to provide guests with a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
