Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are correctly processed and recorded
• Maintain guest records, update billing information, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues swiftly

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
