Hotel Front Desk Agent

Overview

As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you’ll create a welcoming first impression and help guests enjoy a smooth stay. You’ll manage check-ins and checkouts, respond to questions, and coordinate with hotel teams to resolve guest needs. Your impact: Clear, attentive service helps guests feel supported and keeps their stay running smoothly.

Duties

• Welcome guests, manage reservations, and process check-ins and checkouts using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) AutoClerk
• Answer calls with professional phone etiquette, share accurate information, and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Handle requests and concerns with customer service problem-solving, and coordinate guest services with relevant hotel teams.
• Maintain reservation and guest records and follow hotel emergency procedures.
• Build positive guest relations through attentive front desk service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer service, client communication, and phone communication skills; a guest-focused approach to hospitality.
• Front desk, hotel experience, or guest services experience is REQUIRED. Resort experience is also welcome.
• Familiarity with hotel management, hospitality management, hospitality reservation systems, or PMS is REQUIRED
• Ability to follow hotel emergency procedures and handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
