Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and client communication.
• Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including booking modifications and cancellations.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with effective customer service problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, update records accurately, and prepare reports for management review.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety during incidents or unforeseen events.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
