Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
• Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests promptly and efficient
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
