Hotel Front Desk

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at a dual-brand hotel in Perry, GA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Must be flexible to work both shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Availability required for weekdays and weekends, including holidays

Compensation:

$14 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
