Hotel Front Desk

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle reservations, process payments, and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet arriving and departing guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and provide clear property and local area information.
• Reservations & Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests; manage room bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
• Financial Transactions: Process credit cards, cash, and room charges; reconcile shift reports and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Department Coordination: Communicate closely with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room turnover status and VIP or special arrangements.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Lobby & Admin: Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Pay: From $15.15 per hour
