Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit role or similar capacity.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems and proficiency in handling financial transactions accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for auditing and recordkeeping tasks.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during overnight hours.
• Familiarity with guest services, hotel security procedures, and phone etiquette standards within a resort or hotel environment.
• Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and delivering outstanding guest relations.
