Job Description:
We are currently hiring Front Desk Associates for Morning Shifts (7 AM to 3 pm) and Evening Shifts (3 pm to 11 pm). As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a great guest experience and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
• Ensure workstation cleanliness and readiness throughout the shift
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Communicate with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with front desk systems is a plus
• Must be available for Evening and Night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
