Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an individual for its newest 5-star hotel ‘King Jason Zante’, in

Zakynthos Island, member of Louis Hotels Elegant Collection, for the below position:

Hotel General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and direction to all hotel departments according to our operations standards.
• Ensuring full compliance with hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, and service standards.
• Delivering financial performance as set in company budgets and issuing monthly financial statements.
• Management of payroll and other operating expenses.
• Budgeting and Revenue Management.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of hotel assets.
• Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience.
• Accommodating special guest requests whenever possible and resolving guest.
• Setting team and individual goals.
• Developing staff skills and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
• 3 years’ minimum experience as a Hotel Manager in a 5* Hotel.
• Strong background in F&B and hotel operations’.
• Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.
• Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
