Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hotel management standards, property management systems (PMS), and guest service protocols to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement policies for guest relations, complaint resolution, and service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilize hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to optimize booking processes and occupancy rates.
• Maintain high standards of hotel guest service standards by supervising front desk operations, night audits, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest interactions.
• Monitor hotel safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive revenue management strategies by analyzing market trends, setting competitive pricing, and managing hospitality operations budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, financial operations, budgeting, and human resources.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and guest relations.
• Experience in managing hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing hospitality operations budgets and financial management tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel guest service standards including phone etiquette, guest services procedures, and property safety protocols.
