Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets and optimize operational efficiency
• Cultivate a welcoming environment by overseeing guest relations and resolving issues promptly to ensure memorable experiences
• Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a culture of hospitality excellence
• Utilize multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests, vendors, and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
• Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage human resources efficiently
• Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and guest services management
• Experience working in resort or large-scale hotel environments preferred
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations required
