Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction for an Extended Stay model hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in hospitality management, operations management, and human resources.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Hotel.
• Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and hotel grounds meet standards of cleanliness, upkeep, on a daily basis
• Lead all onsite team members - assisting desk agents, maintenance technicians, and housekeepers while promoting a healthy team culture.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with a proactive attitude and mindset.
• Create a positive guest experience and achieve high guest satisfaction scores and budgeted revenues.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong background in customer service with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guest needs.
• At least 2-4 years previous experience as a General Manager will be advantageous, previous experience with Hotel Key a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
