Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management and optimize occupancy rates.
• Oversee guest relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.
• Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
• Maintain strict adherence to budgeting guidelines, controlling expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies, conducting regular audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property and attract new guests.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and urgency to uphold our reputation for excellent guest services.
• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.

Skills

• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Extensive hotel management knowledge with a focus on hospitality management best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff.
• Exceptional human resources skills including hiring, training, coaching, and team building.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience working in resort environments or large hotels is preferred.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
