What they need
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as General Manager or Operations Manager, including demonstrated experience in the Pushkar market
- Established local relationships in Ajmer/Pushkar with wedding planners, travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and the wider community
- A strong sales orientation, with clear accountability for occupancy, revenue and wedding business
- Proven people leadership, including the ability to build team trust, manage sensitive situations with maturity, and lead from the front
- Candidates from Pushkar or the surrounding region will be given preference
