Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hotel profitability and growth.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including RevPAR and guest satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Prior full-service General Manager experience is required.
• Food and Beverage experience is required, preferably in a branded, full-service environment.
• Proven ability to drive GOP and NOI and outperform market benchmarks.
• Exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
• Deep knowledge of the Fort Worth/Dallas hospitality market.
• Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills.
• Experience working with brand standards (Hilton preferred).
