Hotel General Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager who knows how to build culture, develop people, drive results, and create an exceptional guest experience.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. We want a visible leader who brings energy to the hotel, holds the team accountable, celebrates wins, and takes ownership of performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the hotel team
• Build a positive, high-energy workplace culture
• Drive guest satisfaction and Hampton brand standards
• Manage labor, payroll, expenses, and hotel profitability
• Improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall performance
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Maintenance, and Sales
• Recruit and retain strong team members
• Maintain a clean, well-operated, guest-ready property
• Respond quickly to operational and guest-service challenges
• Use hotel performance data to identify opportunities and take action

What We’re Looking For

• Hotel leadership experience; Previous Hilton GM experience required.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing hotel financial and operational performance
• Ability to create accountability while keeping teams motivated
• Hands-on, organized, and results-driven leadership style
• Hilton/Hampton experience strongly preferred
