Hotel General Manager

Nexus Partners, the owner-operator of a upper midscale hotel in Oklahoma City, is hiring a hands-on General Manager for an immediate start. The hotel is currently being renovated, and this is an opportunity to lead the property through its next chapter. We seek an energetic hospitality leader who can build a strong team, manage day-to-day operations during renovations, and drive guest satisfaction, Food & Beverage performance, and financial results.

Responsibilities

· Lead all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and Food & Beverage.

· Guide hotel operations through the renovation, coordinating with ownership, contractors, and staff to maintain safety, service, and business continuity.

· Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team.

· Oversee restaurant and bar operations to deliver strong guest experiences and financial performance.

· Own budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, expense control, and overall property profitability.

· Build relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and community partners.

· Maintain compliance with company standards, operating procedures, and applicable safety regulations.

· Identify opportunities to strengthen service, operations, and positioning as renovated spaces come online.

Qualifications

· One to three years of experience as a hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager with increasing leadership responsibility.

· Strong Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality environment.

· Experience with boutique or lifestyle hospitality and a commitment to memorable guest experiences.

· Proven ability to lead and develop service-focused teams.

· Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable leading hands-on during renovations.

Compensation

$75,000–$85,000 annually plus Quarterly Bonus Program

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
