Hotel General Manager / 酒店总经理

Key Responsibilities/主要工作职责

· Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure service quality, operating procedures and brand standards are consistently implemented.
统筹酒店日常运营，确保服务质量、运营流程及品牌标准得到持续落实。

· Manage operating costs, expenses and productivity, and take accountability for the hotel's GOP performance.
负责酒店运营成本、费用及人效管理，并对酒店GOP经营结果负责。

· Drive occupancy and RevPAR through membership development, online travel agency (OTA) channel management and local marketing initiatives.
通过会员发展、在线旅游平台（OTA）渠道管理及本地营销活动，提升入住率与RevPAR。

· Develop local corporate accounts and business partnerships to generate room-night production and recurring revenue.
开发本地企业协议客户及商务合作伙伴，提升客房订单量并建立稳定收入来源。

· Lead business performance improvement and the hotel's ramp-up plan, with clear operating targets and follow-through.
推动酒店经营改善及业务爬坡计划，制定明确经营目标并跟进执行。

· Recruit, lead, coach and develop the local hotel team; coordinate onboarding, on-the-job training and performance management.
带领、指导及培养本地酒店团队，统筹入职培训、在岗指导及绩效管理。

· Monitor guest feedback and service issues, and implement practical actions to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
关注宾客反馈及服务问题，落实切实可行的改善措施，以提升宾客满意度及运营效率。

Requirements/任职要求

· 5–8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a Hotel General Manager or Deputy General Manager role.
具备5–8年酒店行业经验，其中至少2年担任酒店总经理或副总经理职务。

· Hands-on experience managing an economy hotel or limited-service hotel; experience with multi-department hotel operations is preferred.
具备经济型酒店或有限服务型酒店的实际管理经验；拥有跨部门酒店运营管理经验者优先。

· Experience in brands such as Jinjiang Inn, 7 Days, Home Inn, ibis or other comparable economy hotel brands is an advantage.
曾任职于锦江之星、7天、如家、ibis或其他同类型经济型酒店品牌者优先。

· Strong commercial awareness and practical capability in cost control, revenue improvement, local sales and operational execution.
具备良好的商业意识，并能实际推动成本控制、营收提升、本地销售及运营执行。

· Able to communicate in Chinese; English proficiency sufficient for work-related communication is required.
中文可用于日常沟通；英语需达到工作沟通所需水平。

· A diploma or higher qualification is preferred, particularly in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
大专或以上学历优先，酒店管理、酒店服务或旅游管理相关专业尤佳。

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and team-development skills, with a commitment to stable long-term service.
具备良好的领导力、问题解决、沟通及团队培养能力，并愿意长期稳定任职。

Preferred Qualifications/优先条件

· Hotel pre-opening or opening preparation experience.
具备酒店筹开或开业筹备经验。

· Experience in hotel brand conversion, reflagging or taking over an existing property.
具备酒店品牌转换、翻牌或存量酒店接管经验。

· Experience working with Chinese hotel brands or supporting overseas hotel operations.
具备中国酒店品牌或海外酒店运营相关经验。
