Hotel General Manager

Job Location - Las Vegas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Motel 6 hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day business functions, managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Motel 6 operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Housekeeping/Maintenance/Front Desk/Sales/department.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase Guest satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and inventory control, chargebacks, deposits.
• Control payroll cost, overtime.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, Motel 6 brand representation, and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or an operational leadership role in Motel 6/Extended stay/Economy Brand Hotel.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial reporting, and customer service principles.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Flexible to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,656.00 - $60,000.00 per year
