**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

Work In coordination with Regional manager and sales manager to capture and maintain and grow sales efforts for the property.

**Responsibilities:** - manage all hotel staff including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams - Oversee and complete smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality management - Manage hotel finances, including billing, payments, and budgeting - Oversee functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling - Maintain a clean and organized hotel and positive environment - Any other duties as assigned by senior management

**Requirements:** - Proven experience in hospitality management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team - Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual preferred)

• Proficiency in front desk operations and phone etiquette - Ability to handle various administrative tasks such as stocking supplies and answering phone calls
