Hotel General Manager

Overview

• Lead hotel operations to deliver a welcoming, consistent guest experience while supporting effective day-to-day management.

Duties

• Oversee daily hotel management, coordinating operations across relevant departments.
• Support guest service, address operational concerns, and help maintain a comfortable, well-run property.
• Guide staff, communicate priorities, and promote consistent service standards.
• Your impact: Effective coordination helps guests enjoy a smooth stay and enables staff to deliver reliable service.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated capability in management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations and respond professionally to guest and staff needs.
