Job Summary

Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lubbock is seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Hotel Guest Shuttle Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for hotel guests. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have a professional appearance, and demonstrate excellent driving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated destinations.
• Provide transportation between the hotel, airport, businesses, and nearby attractions as assigned.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Assist guests with luggage and belongings when needed.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
• Keep the shuttle clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate transportation and mileage records.
• Communicate with the front desk and hotel management regarding guest transportation requests.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and special requests.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous driving, hotel shuttle, transportation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
