Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel room for Wyndham Hawthorn Extended Stay. This role involves ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety procedures and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy.
• Assist with additional housekeeping tasks or special requests from guests or management as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
