Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
• Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are stocked and well-maintained.
• Use proper floor care techniques to vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Handle janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold health standards.
• Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning when necessary, including deep cleaning of carpets or upholstery.
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize daily duties and ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for thorough sanitation.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
• Ability to handle custodial equipment safely and follow health and safety guidelines diligently.

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
