Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments to enhance guest comfort
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the hotel’s high standards of hygiene

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Reliable with a positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
