Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to uphold a polished appearance
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed to uphold health standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing various surfaces
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures for maintaining guest comfort and safety
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
