Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by adhering to established sanitation standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet hotel housekeeping standards and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures during incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices and hospitality industry standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Previous hotel experience or housekeeping management background is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
