Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by performing routine janitorial tasks
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and safety compliance
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to guarantee guest satisfaction
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning or setup tasks as needed

Skills

• Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality strongly preferred
• Proven janitorial experience demonstrating thoroughness and efficiency in cleaning routines
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
