Duties

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following Marriott brand standards and Residence Inn cleaning procedures.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure every room is clean, sanitized, organized, and fully prepared to welcome arriving guests.
• Properly make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, clean kitchen appliances, and replenish all guest amenities and supplies.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms while maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area throughout the shift.
• Safely use all cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with the company policies, and safety procedures.
• Immediately report maintenance concerns, damaged items, lost-and-found items, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
• Work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality—never sacrificing attention to detail.
• Assist fellow housekeeping team members when needed to ensure rooms are completed on time and guests receive exceptional service.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous interactions with guests and fellow associates at all times.

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we will train you!
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to Marriott's cleanliness standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help fellow team members.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., push housekeeping carts, bend, kneel, reach, and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
