Summary

As a Hotel Housekeeper at our Holiday Inn Express & Suites- Pelham in AL, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. You will ensure that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel including lobbies and hallways.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with laundry duties as required to maintain inventory of clean linens.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to meet daily cleaning goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
