Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview

Grassy Flats Resort is looking for dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team! We offer both day and night shifts and are seeking individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning floors, and refreshing amenities.
• Provide daily housekeeping services for occupied rooms, ensuring guests return to a clean and comfortable space.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and proper stocking of towels, toiletries, minibar items, and other guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, elevators, pool areas, and guest restrooms.
• Keep housekeeping supplies organized, linen closets stocked, and equipment clean and ready for use.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in.
• Respect guest privacy and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
