Housekeeping Staff (Hotel)

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and ensuring overall cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all hotel areas including lobby, staircase, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
• Ensure hotel surroundings are always neat and presentable
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management promptly
• Handle and report lost & found items according to company procedures
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards according to hotel requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude and good teamwork

What we're looking for

• Previous experience/no experience in a hotel Housekeeping role, preferably in a similar hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a Housekeeping context
