Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to provide a complete guest experience
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning routines to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a strong focus on cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors
• Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality settings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning methods and custodial best practices
• Ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high hygiene standards
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus
