Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all public areas, corridors, and guest rooms immaculate.
• Handle cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and chemical agents while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, supplies, and cleaning equipment to support housekeeping operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel facilities by dusting, sweeping, trash removal, and detailed sanitation of bathrooms and common areas.
• Support hotel housekeeping management by restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with hotel emergency procedures.
• Follow proper chemical handling procedures to ensure safety for yourself and colleagues while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests related to cleanliness or facility needs.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and chemical agent handling for effective sanitation.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude toward guests and team members.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices and hotel emergency procedures.
• Experience in hotel experience or hospitality roles that require attention to detail in sanitation standards.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
