Responsibilities

• Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to process linens and guest clothing efficiently.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper sorting, loading, and unloading of laundry items while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents responsibly to maintain sanitation standards and textile integrity.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks and push carts to transport large loads of laundry throughout the facility safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area in compliance with safety standards in production environments.
• Follow established safety procedures during manual handling and materials handling activities to prevent injuries.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest requests related to laundry services and ensuring timely delivery of cleaned items.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and operating laundry machinery.
• Basic math skills for measuring detergents, sorting items, and managing inventory.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in production environments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure textiles are cleaned thoroughly without damage.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to guest needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
