Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hotel Live-In Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a talented team to uphold our high standards of service. As a live-in leader, you will be responsible for managing the property’s operational efficiency, supervising staff, and maintaining financial performance—all while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, ensuring adherence to guest service standards and operational procedures
• Lead revenue management initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through strategic pricing and promotions
• Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to ensure seamless booking processes and accurate record-keeping
• Monitor and control hospitality operations budgets, including expense tracking, cost control, and financial reporting
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for senior management
• Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members from various backgrounds
• Implement human resources practices such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and property management standards

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry with strong leadership capabilities in managing hospitality teams
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including revenue management, financial operations, and guest services
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures
• Exceptional managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate across departments effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
• Experience in managing hospitality operations budgets, human resources functions, and financial management practices
• Knowledge of hotel guest service standards, guest relations strategies, and phone etiquette for professional communication
• Ability to work flexible hours in a live-in capacity while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
