HOTEL MAINTENANCE

Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and common areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guests.
• Inspect facilities and report defects or needed repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety and hotel maintenance standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate; vocational/technical course is an advantage.
• With maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or similar facility.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
