About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance professional to join our team at Noble Hotel in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our facility remains in pristine condition and operates smoothly at all times. As Hotel Maintenance, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all building systems, fixtures, and equipment, directly contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall operational excellence of the hotel. Your work will be essential in maintaining the safety, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of our premises.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all hotel building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
• Conduct repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and equipment throughout guest rooms and common areas
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, and equipment servicing
• Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are adhered to during maintenance operations
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise disruption to guest services
• Perform grounds maintenance including landscaping, exterior repairs, and parking area upkeep
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Identify potential hazards and report safety concerns to management immediately
• Participate in training and professional development to stay current with maintenance best practices
