Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment including HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical devices using schematics, hand tools, and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and other handyman tasks to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the hotel interior.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, parts inventory (MRO), and safety checks in compliance with hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or emergency maintenance issues with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude to minimize disruption.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot diverse building systems effectively.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for electrical equipment repair and building interior maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs courteously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, carpentry tools, painting supplies for various repair tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
