Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building interior systems, HVAC units, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and facilities infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults and execute repairs accurately.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, and other handyman tasks to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled inspections in compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within a hospitality or residential environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience.
• Skilled in using hand tools, schematics, electrical equipment repair tools such as ohmmeters, and plumbing tools for system maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform plumbing system maintenance and repair effectively.
• Experience with maintenance, repair & operations, building interior maintenance, and painting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly document work orders and technical procedures.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
