Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess a diverse set of technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in maintenance work
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings for equipment repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Operate scissor lifts for elevated maintenance tasks
• Welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs
• Collaborate with technical sales representatives for equipment procurement
• Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records

Experience

• Prior experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance engineer
• Proficiency in HVAC systems maintenance
• Familiarity with hydraulics and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Experience in welding for equipment repairs
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
