Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance tasks, and overseeing projects to enhance the functionality and appearance of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Utilize logic controllers and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Additional tasks as requested by management or ownership.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to read schematics is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
