Now Hiring – Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our hotel in excellent condition.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC/PTAC) issues.
• Maintain guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and common areas.
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, and minor carpentry.
• Maintain hotel equipment, including laundry machines, pool and hot tub equipment, and other mechanical systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections on guest rooms and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including landscaping and snow removal when needed.
• Identify maintenance problems before they become costly repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred, especially in hotels or commercial properties.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to assist with occasional emergencies or after-hours maintenance needs.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with hotel staff.
